Collingwood Fashion Week SEPTEMBER 27TH - OCTOBER 1ST

About Fashion Week

The new initiative is a week- long, professionally executed event, from Monday, September 27 to Friday, October 1; setting the stage to showcase the truly world-class fashion and beauty experience found in Collingwood’s historic downtown. Celebrating and featuring the fashion and beauty retailers, it will connect this sector to the already well-positioned tourist draw of the arts, culture and culinary sector.

Planned is a selection of three to four micro events each day at local stores, restaurants, outdoor on the street and live in windows along with a mid-week expert panel focusing on sustainability and ethical production. These mid-week initiatives will include in-person shows, panel discussions, trunk shows, demonstrations, personal styling, and more.

Guest services and access to all events will be two-fold – in-person, centrally located in the heart of downtown and through an on-line hub that will allow guests to navigate through the various presentations and events and customize their Fashion Week experience. From intimate sessions to larger scale shows – from basic, eco-friendly sustainable fashions to one of a kind designer offerings …. All accessible in a historic, small downtown environment.
